To begin with the planned site had to be striped down completely and rebuilt for M&S and this was achieved in 50 days including the store design, execution and handing over!

it was a design adaptation project which, at the same time involved a lot of reengineering/design in terms of flexibility of fixtures and standardising the same, lighting system for energy saving and project management. This was a complete turn key project which was completed successfully at Chennai & bangalore and the forth coming store is at Pune.
